''Grevillea acerata'', is a shrub which is endemic to New South Wales in Australia. It has a spreading habit, growing to a height of between 0.6 and 1.3 metres with leaves that are 10 to 30 mm long and 1 to 1.8 mm wide. The cream-coloured flowers appear in spring. The species was first formally described by Donald McGillivray in 1986 based on plant material collected from the Gibraltar Range National Park in 1973. The species occurs in woodland and heath. ==References==
